IONIC FOOT SOAK

Experience the rejuvenating benefits of our Ionic Foot Soak! This detoxifying treatment helps restore balance and energy by flushing out harmful toxins, reducing inflammation, and supporting liver detoxification. It can even help ease muscle pain and assist with purging yeast infections.

What the Water Tells You:

INFRARED LIGHT THERAPY

Helps reduce inflammation, relieve chronic pain, and support healing by improving circulation and repairing tissues. It can also enhance skin clarity and promote serotonin production, which can alleviate depression, especially in those with insomnia.

Recommended Use: Start with 10-20 minute sessions, 2-3 times per week, gradually increasing to 3-5 times per week. Noticeable improvements may occur after 4-6 weeks of consistent use.

DRY SAUNA

The dry sauna promotes detoxification, relaxation, and cardiovascular health. It boosts circulation, supports lymph flow, lowers blood pressure, and mimics a moderate cardio workout. Regular use can enhance the immune system, reduce tension, improve sleep, and benefit the skin.

Recommended Use: 15-20 minutes, 3-7 sessions per week. Experienced users may extend sessions up to 30 minutes.

NOTE: People with severe aortic stenosis, recent heart attacks, heart failure, or those with extreme blood pressure variations should avoid the sauna. If you are pregnant, have kidney disease, seizure disorders, or are on medications that affect temperature regulation, consult your doctor first. Sauna use is not recommended for children, those under the influence of substances, or anyone with fever, infections, or open wounds. Always consult a doctor prior to using sauna.
